Entry will be judged on the following criteria:
- 25% Functionality of layout
- 25% Unique design features and elements
- 25% Selection and placement of materials, colours, artwork, and furnishings
- 25% Construction details / techniques to achieve industry's best practices
Requirements:
- Completed online entry
- Up to 12 images that best represent the project
- Floor / site plan
- Completed Homeowner and Builder / Renovator Permission Form (if applicable)
- List of Designers, Trades and Suppliers on the project
