Description
Entrants must have demonstrated qualities of safety leadership within their business, training of employees and on the job site. All entry fees will go towards the Parkland Safety Committee.
Requirements
Criteria:
Entry will be judged on the following criteria, with a maximum of 250 words for each question:
- Safety Initiatives and Business Alignment (10 Points)
- Highest priority item from last year that was intended to improve HSMS (10 Points)
- One innovative example of your company's leadership (10 Points)
- One management example of your company's accountability (10 Points)
- Health and safety leadership training completed within last year (10 Points)
Requirements:
- Completed online entry
- WCB Premium Rate and COR Information
- 8 digital images that best represent the current safety practices.
