- Completed online entry
- List of Designers, Trades and Suppliers on the project
- 14 digital images that best represent the project
- Up to four (4) “Before”
- Up to ten (10) “After”
- Floor and/or site plan
- Completed Homeowner Permission Form
- Completed Renovation Budget Sheet
