Entry will be judged on the following criteria:
- Appeal of design to target market or client's lifestyle
- Functionality of layout and use of space
- Unique design features and elements
- Selection and placement of materials, colours, and textiles
- Construction details/techniques to achieve industry best practices
Requirements:
- Completed online entry
- List of Designers, Trades and Suppliers on the project
- 12 digital images that best represent the project
- Floor and/or site plan
- Completed Homeowner and Builder / Renovator Permission Form (if applicable)
