Criteria:
Entry will be judged on the following criteria:
- Safety Initiatives and Business Alignment
- Highest priority item from last year that was intended to improve HSMS
- One innovative example of your company's leadership
- One management example of your company's accountability
- Health and safety leadership training completed within last year
- WCB Premium Rate Statement (below or above)
Requirements:
- Completed online entry, keep your questions as anonymous as possible
- WCB Premium Rate Statement
- 12 or less images that best represent the current safety practices.
